新キャベツの味噌炒め
春野菜の新きゃべつと 「手造のあじ・あま塩」を使ったお料理です。
＜材料＞４人分
新きゃべつ 200ｇ
玉ねぎ 50g
豚肉バラ 60g
手造のあじ・あま塩 50g
砂糖 20g
炒め用油 適量
塩・胡椒 適量
＜作り方＞
①新きゃべつは少し大きめのざく切りにし、
玉ねぎと豚肉もきゃべつの大きさに合わせて切っておく
②フライパンに油を入れ、豚肉に塩、胡椒をして炒める
③豚肉に火が通ったら、玉ねぎを入れ少し炒め、
次に新きゃべつも入れて炒める
④最後に味噌、砂糖を入れて一緒に炒める
※好みによって砂糖の量は調整してください。
野菜から水分がでますので味噌をそのまま入れて炒めても大丈夫です。
